Level UP Challenge (Offered Quarterly):
5 weeks of personalized nutrition, strength training plan, live coaching and community
Looking for that extra push to help you achieve optimal health, lose those stubborn pounds, build lean muscle and learn key tools and sustainable strategies? Level UP is for you! I pair macro tracking with 5 strength training workouts per week to take your health and fitness journey to the next level.
This is not a rapid fix or some crash diet course that will leave you starving and depleted of energy, only to gain the weight back once it’s over. In fact, recent members raved about how much energy they have and how full they felt, as well as how simple it is to continue for the long haul. Be part of a like-minded community during the challenge for support and encouragement, as well as, a personal health coach to guide you along the way!
